Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date order is placed. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Domestic Shipping Options

We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Customers can choose between standard and express shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination and the shipping option chosen.

Potential Service Interruptions

Please be aware that factors such as weather, COVID-19 restrictions, and other service disruptions may impact delivery times. Deadman's Beard Co. LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the order date. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
